How ShipSprint Works
From first photo to inventory list in under 10 minutes—no manual entry, no spreadsheet wrangling.
The Process
Snap or Describe
Upload photos or describe items in plain text. ShipSprint's AI interprets your input immediately—no special format required.
AI Categorizes
GPT-4 Vision sorts items into your custom categories: boxes, furniture, fragile, oversized. No training data required.
Review and Export
Confirm AI suggestions in one pass, then export a structured inventory list ready for your move agreement or customer quote.
FAQ
Do I need to train the AI on my data?
No. ShipSprint uses GPT-4 Vision with few-shot prompting, so it works out of the box without labeled datasets or custom model training. You define your categories; the AI handles classification.
What if the AI miscategorizes an item?
The review step lets you correct any misclassifications before export. You can also flag items to improve future accuracy within your session. The system is designed for human-in-the-loop review, not fully automated decisions.
What formats can I export to?
You can export inventory lists as CSV, PDF, or directly into common moving-company scheduling tools. Structured output means you spend less time re-entering data into your existing workflow.
Is my customer data stored?
Inventory data is processed and not retained longer than your session unless you explicitly save it. ShipSprint does not use your inventory data to train its AI models. Details are in our data processing addendum.
